Nature is poetry

I used to be a photographer. I still take photos but just for myself and for my business. It has actually been a great skill to combine with all my other creative skills. I wanted to share this photo I took recently. It’s very haunting, it makes me feel seen and as though my dark depths of hell are possibly as beautiful as this image.

I use my photographs for backgrounds to my poetry. I feel like this poem goes really well with this image. I’m planning on printing it for my wall as a reminder of how beautiful the dark can be.
